When I bought this small softcover book for hardly any money many years ago I had no idea it was so old thumbup1.gif . It comes from Denmark 1953, the first international book on Monroe biggrin.gif .

What a lovely find Suus. Thanks for scanning it for us. I bought Sydney Skolsky's book/magazine on Marilyn, vintage 1953. Only after I bid on it did I realize it was all in Protugeese (sp). Duh!.
Love the pics.

thanks! I can read it even if I'm from sweden, danish is easy to understand when it's wrtten but I don't have time to reaf everything now.

Even I can understand some of the text - very little but at least some. It's because I've studied Swedish and Danish and Swedish are similar languages. Great pictures! biggrin.gif
chris
It seems according to Frédéric Cabanas that it is the first book ever published on Marilyn Monroe
It 's a danish book from 1952 (so before The Marilyn Monroe Story) and I received it this morning
I'm so pleased
