Here are some pictures from the August 12th, 2003 issue of Newsweek Magazine. The article was about 'lost photographs' of Marilyn by Andrew De Dienes. The images features are pretty well known by us in the Marilyn community.

Here are a few quick scans. The issue is dedicated entirely to Marilyn Monroe; 100 pages (including front and back covers) of high quality print on heavy gloss paper. The inspiration of the issue is the scrapbook that Marilyn had created for Sam Shaw that includes some sentimental notes from her (written in crayon) to Sam along with some of the photographs he had taken of her. Along with the presentation of the scrapbook is the alleged confession of a love affair. There is plenty of other interesting material in the issue and I highly recommend getting a copy in your hands if possible. Collector quality and a good read.
