Hi all!
I'm doing a class work on the designers of Marilyn's wardrobe. I ask you who are the most important in her life (movies and personal life).
for example: William Travilla (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes1.gif)

During the later part of her life it was Jean Louis. She had many great designers during her time at Fox in addition to Travilla, starting with Charles LeMaire and his fabulous bustle swim suit, the polka dot two piece swimsuit by Renie, and Dorothy Jeakins for her fabulous Niagara wardrobe.

In her personal life John Moore was a favorite, she loved Ceil Chapman dresses. She loved shopping at the Jax store, too.

I know there are many more, but these are some of my ideas.

I don't think so. Miss Chapman was a far more elegant woman. That was taken at the studio in 1952. Probably a wardrobe woman. Have a pic of Miss Chapman, but it won't let me upload a photo.
