Awesome find Joan! That is MM! This was in April, and she is wearing the same dress for 20th Century Fox's color & sound tests. That too was in April I believe.

I thought I saw somewhere that this is a screen test pic and MM ended up getting only bit parts afterward.
I guess the studio at the time did not like her.
