Hi Faith(strawberry) (IMG:http://www.everlasting-star.net/boards/style_emoticons/default/bye1.gif)
you should take some pic's.
regardless of how big or small the collection is, its great to see what people have collected.

here we call them bamboo curtain divider and fly screen

thanks craig - its started to spill out of the room now, must slow down some because i want to go to the US for the memorial in 2007.

My friend has a collection you will not believe. im in awe of it when i go there. He's been a collector since he was 11.
I was given one of his pictures to hold that marilyn had signed. went all goosepimpley.

I agree it's hard to find Marilyn stuff...

I gotten a lot of my collection from ebay and tons of different stores...the important thing to remember, is to always keep your eyes open. You never know where something "Marilyn" will pop-up. Wanted to share some more photos of my room and Marilyn memorabilia. (IMG:http://www.everlasting-star.net/boards/style_emoticons/default/niagarasing.gif)

In the first photo there's Marilyn posters on my closet doors. Above there's two tin signs and a license plate. The photo in the center is The Beatles, and to the left are Jayne Mansfield magazine covers.
The second photo there are more Marilyn posters. There's a big puzzle that I framed. It's a 1,000 piece puzzle. A 2005 calendar ~ to the right of the calendar are some Marilyn buttons and an air freshener still in the packages, but you can't see them very well in this photo. On top of the tv are some Marilyn magnets that I framed, but they're not all in the photo.
The third photo is a couple of framed Marilyn photos. The white mink one is a 16x20 poster. That's one of my favorite Marilyn photos, along with that black and white one.
The fourth photo is more memorabilia. I've probably taken a photo of most of this before. There's the Forever Marilyn doll from Franklin Mint,a lamp, lunchbox, magnet,a couple mugs, tin notebook, star tin,and the box that the puzzle came in. A new item I've got since I took the last photos is the art photo of Marilyn from "How To Marry A Millionaire". The next photo is more close up of the art.
The sixth photo is the puzzle before I framed it. I took this the night I completed it.
The seventh photo is all the Marilyn postcards I have ~ there's also a bookmark,a birthday card and in the frame is a photo collage that I made but some of it got cut out of the photo. The photo of Marilyn with the horse is an 8x10 postcard.
The eighth photo is my Marilyn scrapbooks, books, magazines, cds, dvds, videos & a calendar from last year. DVDs are Hometown Story,Some Like It Hot and The Misfits.
The last photo is all the Marilyn purses that I own. To the right is a framed photo that I put together.

You all have such great collections. I'm jealous! Missy, I love your artwork from HTMAM - where is it from, or did you make it yourself?
